Our management team has over 55 years of experience and thinks long term. Our clients stay with us on average between 4-6 years which is a testament to our strong customer focus and our ability to provide truly flexible solutions for our clients.

Our management team is ethically led by our Joint CEO’s Michael Benson (Melbourne) and Brian Challen (Sydney). They both have many years’ experience in the Serviced office and Coworking industry and are both highly respected. Both CEO’s have a strong belief in our clients having direct access to our senior management, and this ideology forms part of our growth plan across Australia and Asia. Our business centres are designed to provide our clients with a contemporary, collaborative serviced offices and coworking spaces with a strong focus on networking and business growth at our clients own pace.  Both Brian and Michael have successfully developed their individual businesses into major local players and a real alternative to the large international players entering the Australian market.

Operating Hours
Our operating hours are 8:30 to 5:30, 5 days per week except for public holidays however our offices are available 24/7 to our clients.
